This hike is in Carroll County west of Mariottsville Rd and south of McKeldin. There are a few minor stream crossings, very few rocks, and about 1000 feet of elevation gain, an old barn and nice river views. Our pace while hiking will average 2.5 - 2.8 mph. Sections of the trail will be slippery if conditions are wet.
