We will hike in the less-traveled west side of the park. We will start at Camp Round Meadow and follow the Browns Farm Trail, Owens Creek area trails, and the Catoctin Trail. The pace will be moderate (around 2.4 mph). The elevation gain is approximately 800 feet. We will stop for lunch at one of the park’s Adirondack shelters.
