This 11-12 -mile hike starts at Drexel Woods Drive in Baltimore County and includes trails both north and south of the Route 40 bridge. We will climb to the Pickall pavilions area for lunch before looping back down to the river and returning to the starting point. The estimated ascent is 1500 feet, with several moderate climbs. Our pace while hiking will be 2.5 – 2.7 mph.
