We will hike South on the AT from the parking lot at South Mountain Inn, over Lambs Knoll and then about a half mile off the AT to the Bear Spring cabin for lunch. We will then return to the South Mountain Inn for a total of about 12 miles hiked. The parking can become crowded at the Inn, so we will be starting relatively early and carpooling is recommended.
