We will do an out-and-back of part of the Roller Coaster section of the Appalachian Trail starting at the parking lot south of US 7 off of SR 601 and take the access trail to the AT south. We will stop for a beautiful view from Bears Den about a mile in where if we are lucky we may see migrating hawks, and have lunch at a turnaround point about 6 miles in near some wonderful rapids.
