This barbell hike begins on the north side of ACLT at the Double Oak Farm barn going out to Parkers Creek Loop. Parkers Creek is crossed on a 3-person enclosed raft attached to a pulley system. Then it's the North-South trail to the Ridge loop to the Southside barn for lunch. We will return to our starting point by completing the two loop trails, the N-S trail, and the raft.
