Note: Start Time is TBD (not as indicated) This is an out and back hike on the AT in the northern section of Shenandoah National Park from Rt. 522 to Compton Peak and back. The total elevation gain is roughly 2500 feet. The trip will be lead at a moderate pace and is suitable for strong, but not necessarily fast hikers.
