This hike starts on the western side of Piney Run Lake in Carroll County, and we will hike around the lake to the undeveloped part of the park. Our moving pace will be about 2.25-2.5 mph. There are lots of beautiful lake views with very minor stream crossings and about 700 ft of elevation gain.
