This hike will start from the PenMar Park parking lot and hike south on the A.T. to Raven Rock Shelter and return, with a stop at the High Rock overlock. We will have lunch at the shelter. Please indicate whether you plan to carpool or meet at the trailhead.
Hike a wooded loop very close to the Little Gunpowder Falls on mostly smooth trails, but there are a few rocky and rooted areas. You will have 1-2 stream crossings. Scenic short hike to the Jericho Rd covered bridge. Meet at 10am at visitor parking lot in the village.

Join us on an 11-mile circuit hike on seldom used trail in Baltimore and Howard Counties from Oella, down river to Ilchester and back through Ellicott City.
