An out and back hike of 12 miles going south from Wolfsville Road (MD-17) to Annapolis Rocks on the Appalachian Trail. Total elevation gain is 700′ with the longest climb of 500′ over 2.5 miles. Very rocky in places, no significant stream crossings. Pace averages 2.5 MPH.
