Hike from Avalon parking lot over Ridge Trail, then Morning Choice, then a blue trail to Landing Road, then down to Swinging Bridge area, finally, back along Ridge Trail. A few minor stream crossings, about 1000 feet of elevation gain. Pace while hiking will average about 2.5 mph.
